Returns & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to leave with the correct tyre, rim or battery for their vehicle. The policy below explains when items can be returned or exchanged.

Unused tyres and rims

  • Returnable within 7 days of purchase if completely unused, unfitted and in original condition.
  • The original receipt or invoice is required.
  • Special-order or imported items may not be eligible for return — confirm at point of sale.

Wrong size or wrong fitment

  • We will exchange tyres supplied in the wrong size at no charge if the error is ours.
  • If the customer ordered the wrong size, an exchange is offered subject to stock and a re-fitment fee may apply.

Fitted tyres

Once tyres are mounted to a wheel and driven on, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Any defect from that point is handled under the Warranty Policy.

Batteries

  • Sealed, unused batteries can be exchanged within 7 days with the original receipt.
  • Activated batteries are covered under the manufacturer's warranty only.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.
