Quotations

• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice if exchange rates, duties or supplier prices change.
• All quoted prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES).

Stock availability

Items shown on the website are not guaranteed to be in stock at the moment of viewing. Stock is confirmed at the point of quote.

VAT

Prices may be quoted inclusive or exclusive of 16% VAT and will be clearly indicated on the quotation and tax invoice.

Payment

• Retail orders are payable in full before fitment or delivery.
• Approved corporate and fleet accounts operate on terms confirmed in a separate credit agreement.
• Accepted methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, cash and approved cards at branch.

Fitment

• Free fitment is offered on selected tyres only and is confirmed at the time of sale.
• Vehicles must be presented in a roadworthy condition for safe fitment.

Invoicing

A tax invoice is issued for every completed sale. Disputes on an invoice must be raised in writing within 7 days of issue.

Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
